Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your slippers. They must be clean, not worn outdoors, and sent back in the original box with both batteries and the cable.

How to Return
Email hello.alwayscold@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 to 3 business days with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Faulty or Wrong Item
If your slippers arrive damaged, won't heat or charge, or you got the wrong size or colour, send us a photo or video within 30 days.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
